Great Treasure Gate 2014 / Development Unbound Lee Sun-Don

Fascinated by the beauty of “Great Treasure Gate”, President of the World renowned supercar maker invited Professor Lee Sun-Don for a cross-border cooperation.

Asia's First Case of Cross-border Cooperation

President Alfred J. DiMora of DiMora Motor Car Company, who invited Taiwanese Artist Lee Sun-Don to have a cross-border cooperation, talked about how the cooperation began. In GP DEVA's flagship store in Beverly Hills, he was deeply drawn toward the magnificent paintings “Great Treasure Gate” by their explosive colors and lines, which are both oriental and contemporary. He thus invited Professor Lee to combine his painting “Great Treasure Gate” with DiMora's forthcoming new supercar in 2014 Vicci 6.2, imbuing the new elements of contemporary art into the neoclassic supercar.

Looking at the entire Asian art world, no artist ever had cross-border cooperation with the world's supercars. This is the first case of a cross-border cooperation between world's supercars and an Asian artist. Taiwanese artist Lee Sun-Don became the first artist in Asia to undertake such a cooperation. Lee Sun-Don said, “DiMora is both neoclassic and innovative. Vicci 6.2 is artistic in itself, not to mention that this neoclassic model also has the meaning of “conqueror”, completely echoing the imperial spirit of my “Great Treasure Gate” series.
