Design inspiration from Master Lee Sun Don’s artwork “Golden Woods‧Bound-free Journey,” it tells a tale of a person leisurely strolling in the golden woods walking a horse. The pendent is made from yellow mother-of-pearl, the most precious among nacre family. It was cut precisely and polished with care, delivered with the finest craftsmanship.
In the 19th century, the mother-of-pearl was a symbol of European nobility and was a luxury ornate decoration due to its lustrous and colorful hues. Each piece is unique for the different natural iridescence a mother-of-pearl has.
